The PD are kept by PIARC for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described above, plus the legal prescription periods in force.

Under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations, the User has a right of access, rectification and opposition, as well as the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before his/her withdrawal, a right of portability, erasure, limitation and the right to define guidelines relating to the conservation, erasure and communication of his PADs after his death.
